Description

We are located on a unique, quiet and authentic farm location (7hec) in the middle of the West-Flemish Polder landscapes. Enjoying together and making fantastic memories, that's what we've been doing for 9 years!

 


Each holiday home has an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom(s). 't Stierekot and 't Kalverkot have a private garden.


Large groups renting 't Koeistal will get an extra farm building: De Paardestal. This can be used to be together with the group of up to 32 people: Cooking, aperitifs, dining, meetings, etc.

 

Because the Horse Stable is a separate building from the bedrooms, there is no interference possible!

The autonomous holiday homes make subgroups within the group self-reliant .

You have the option of booking a regional produce meal for any occasion and any time of day. We also have a sufficient supply of local drinks at all times. This way, you will not only experience the Westhoek but also taste it.

We are the ideal holiday location for families with children and slightly younger children due to the wide range of free children's activities on offer including our:

Our 4 well-equipped holiday homes can be rented separately and combined, depending on the group and wishes. The best price for everyone! The price depends on:

  • The type of holiday home

  • The occupation

  • The length of stay (the longer the more discount!)

  • Time

On request, we can take an option in our calendar and make a price proposal for your desired period. This way, you can discuss it with your group in peace. Please provide your group composition, contact details and wishes, so that we can make an accurate price proposal.

✓ Comfortable bedrooms with plenty of large wardrobes, clothes hangers, good ventilation and full blackout, window and door insect screens, reading lamps and so much more

✓ Promotion stands with leaflets and staff maps for exploring the Westhoek.

Ecologically responsible?

✓ All sinks and showers are equipped with a dispenser, filled with 100% biodegradable soaps, shampoos, cleaning-, dishwashing- and washing products
✓ All beds, bedside tables, doors and sliding glass doors are manufactured on site and are made of solid Oak. In carrying out the renovations, we have maximised the use of reclaimed materials.
✓ The heating is done additionally or exclusively with infrared panels that provide healthy, pleasant and dust-free radiant heat. We have solar panels to compensate for the electricity demand.
✓ We sort our waste according to the 6 available waste groups: Residual waste, PMD, Glass, Cardboard, Diapers and organic waste or chicken feed.
✓ All toilets and washing machines are on rainwater, collected by the roofs of the Farmstead buildings. In the "Paardestal" we provide washable toilet towels in both toilets.
✓ Our wastewater is further broken down by nature after aeration and sedimentation.

✓ A mosquito net is provided for every window and door.
✓ All bed, bath and kitchen linen is washed on site and air-dried naturally.

✓ We create ecological added value in the immediate vicinity of the farm site by adding or allowing a diversity of fauna and flora.
